Experience Shinrin-Yoku or Forest Bathing, a term coined by the Japanese Forestry Ministry to encourage people to get out of the city and into nature.

Enjoy a leisurely 4km walk loop up a steep hill then down a single file track through Jarrahdale forest, stopping for time to “forest bath”. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

Bring water, sturdy walking shoes, weather protection, insect repellent, hiking stick and trail snack.

Be there at 8.30am for a 9am start

Donation for trail maintenance $5 per person or $10 per family
